Westgate Indoor Terms & Conditions - PArties

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all party bookings. (Paid at time of booking)

Start and finish times are strict and not negotiable.

Westgate Indoor Sports reserve the right to accept another booking at the same time as you.

Westgate Indoor Sports require parents to be fully responsible for the action, safety and supervision of their children.

Westgate Indoor Sports will endeavour to take all necessary means for the safety of all children, but will NOT take responsibility of children who do not abide by the instructors/ centres policies and requests.

The participant hereby accepts this agreement the above and agrees that as an indoor party and play centre, injuries are common and may occur. In any case all staff & Westgate Indoor Sports will not be held responsible or liable for any form of injury or accident that may occur.

Upon booking a party we require credit card details of the organiser to charge them should the following occur:

any outstanding balance that is remaining after the event will be charged to the card used to pay the deposit.

All rescheduled parties require a 14-day notice period from the date of party to avoid loss of deposit. Failure to inform us of change of mind with less than 14 days notice will result in the organiser forfeiting deposit.

Should a party wish to reschedule, the booking must be moved to a date within a period of 6 weeks from their initial booking date

In the event that a parent would like to cancel a booking, we require a written email or phone call to state the date of their booking and the reason for cancellation.

A booking that is cancelled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit 50% of their total remaining booking cost. (excluding the $100.00 deposit)

If a party is a no show or cancels with less than 7 days notice they will forfeit 100% of their total remaining booking cost. (excluding the $100.00 deposit).

All party extras (platters, themes, mini games, etc) and extra children must be confirmed by 4pm Monday the week of the party.

Party attendance numbers cannot be decreased once confirmed

Your party will consist of table setting, party food, unless otherwise required.

All special food requirements MUST be noted when making this booking.

When supplying their own food, the party organiser making this booking is responsible for their own food prepared outside this venue and served to their guests.

Under no circumstance will we cook, reheat or prepare any food from outside the premises.

Westgate Indoor Sports will not be responsible or liable for any outside food bought into the centre which may cause illness due to contamination.

If this form cannot be signed in person acknowledgment of terms will be done by credit card payment over the phone.

Any special offers or discounts MUST be provided to a staff member at time of booking to be valid.

Westgate Indoor Sports do not allow use of any cooking or heating equipment.

If the party has been booked in our Sports Area (Party Room) - Please note: This is a Shared Room and may have other parties running at the same time.

We reserve the right to move/reschedule/cancel bookings with a 7 day notice period.
